Is hypnosis real?

Yes.

. . .Really? 

Yes! It’s a completely natural phenomenon that you already do many times a day.  It taps into your subconscious potential and increases relaxation, concentration, and creativity. You can even do it to yourself. I’m just a guide in the process to help get you into a ‘trance’ state. 

Can you get stuck in a trance?

Impossible! Seriously, it can’t happen. Even if the hypnotist doesn’t formally ‘wake’ you up at the end of the show, you’ll just naturally come out of the trance state and feel super great after! Hypnosis does not make you a zombie like on TV.  You are fully aware and awake the whole time with the ability to see and hear everything that’s going on.

Won’t my guests look and feel stupid up on stage?

Absolutely not! Everything is extremely professional, yet fun!  No one will cluck like a chicken or bark like a dog. That’s only in movies! 

People may be doing some silly and fun things on stage, but nothing embarrassing, degrading, or demeaning. Nothing the hypnotist asks you to do will be any harder than simply walking around your living room at home!

Can hypnosis help me to quit smoking or cure my insomnia?

Hypnosis has been shown to have many positive effects from addiction relief to stress reduction.  Altho Michael does have formal training in hypnotherapy, his main focus is live entertainment. But if you’re looking for downloadable and self guided sessions, they will be coming soon.

Will I lose control of myself? Will I remember anything?

This is another Hollywood myth. You always have control, and you can always hear what’s going on. Hypnosis is nothing but a state of relaxed deep focus. It is a natural state that you enter at least twice a day (while waking up and while falling asleep!), and probably much more often than that. If at any time you are in trance and you wish to be fully awake, you can just count to yourself “1 – 2- 3” and open your eyes.
